Run your entire guarding
operation from one place
SecureForce is guard management software for security companies — rosters, geofenced clock-in that works offline, QR patrol checkpoints, incident reporting, statutory payroll and client invoicing. One system, so the hours you pay always match the hours you bill.

Built for the way guarding companies actually work
If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone
Most guarding companies do not lose money on rates. They lose it in the gaps between the field and the office.
A guard is not at post — and the client tells you
Geofenced clock-in and a live coverage view mean you know first, 15 minutes after shift start, not the next morning.
The client disputes whether patrols happened
Timestamped QR checkpoint scans with photo proof turn an argument into a report you can simply send.
Incidents sit in a paper OB until someone drives to site
Guards log incidents from the phone with severity and location; critical ones escalate to the responsible supervisor immediately.
Payroll takes a week and still has errors
Hours flow from verified attendance into statutory payroll, so wages, overtime and deductions reconcile the first time.
Invoices go out late and get queried
Draft invoices are generated from the same attendance data you paid against, so billed cover always matches delivered cover.
Certificates expire and nobody notices
Licence, medical and clearance expiry are tracked per guard and flagged 60 days before they lapse.
One platform, end to end
Replace the spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper OB books with a system your guards, supervisors and finance team all share.
Rosters & scheduling
Plan shifts across sites, assign guards, and spot coverage gaps before they happen.
GPS clock-in
Geofenced attendance from the site — and it keeps working offline when signal drops.
Patrol checkpoints
QR checkpoints with photo proof and automatic missed-round alerts.
Incidents & SOS
Structured field reports and one-tap SOS routed to the right site supervisor.
Payroll
Statutory-accurate payroll with payslips guards view on their own phones.
Client invoicing
Contracts, automatic draft invoices each cycle, and mobile-money collection.
Offline-first clock-in you can actually trust
In low-signal areas the app captures clock-ins, patrol scans and reports on the device and syncs automatically when connectivity returns — with the real time and location preserved. No more disputes, no more buddy-punching.
- Geofenced to each site
- Captured offline, synced later
- Tamper-resistant timestamps
Designed around the guard on the gate
Head office software fails in guarding for one reason: it is built for the office. If clock-in takes too long, needs an app store install, or dies without signal, guards stop using it — and every report above them becomes fiction.
- Runs on a basic Android phone — no app store, no big data bundle
- Employee number and PIN, not another password to forget
- Captures offline and syncs the original time when signal returns

Most guard management demos look identical. Here are the questions that separate a system your guards will actually use from expensive shelfware.

Questions security companies ask
What is guard management software?
Guard management software runs the day-to-day of a security company in one place: shift rosters, verified guard attendance, patrol checkpoint scans, incident reports, payroll and client invoicing. The point is that they share the same data, so the hours you pay and the hours you bill always reconcile.
Does clock-in work without internet?
Yes. Guards often work in basements, industrial yards and rural sites. SecureForce captures clock-ins, patrol scans and incidents offline with the original timestamp and GPS fix, then syncs automatically when signal returns.
How does it stop buddy punching?
Every site has real coordinates and a geofence radius. A clock-in from outside that radius is rejected, so a guard cannot clock in from home. Attendance is tied to the individual guard and to the specific scheduled shift.
Can it handle statutory payroll?
Yes. Payroll calculates PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Affordable Housing Levy from effective-dated rates, so past periods keep the rates that applied at the time. Rates are configurable per country, and each company can use the platform defaults or set its own.
How long does setup take?
Most companies are live within days. You add clients and sites with their geofence, import your guards, and publish a first roster. Guards sign in with an employee number and PIN, so there is no app store install to manage.
How much does it cost?
Plans are banded by number of guards rather than per user, so supervisors and office staff do not add to the bill. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required.
Do guards need smartphones?
A basic Android phone with a camera is enough. The guard portal is a lightweight web app that installs to the home screen and works offline, so it runs on low-end handsets without a large data bundle.
